Returning to Fit

Ok, so it's been a while since I've posted. I've gone back to crossfit consistently for about a week, although I don't go as often as I used to and I don't go as hard as I used to. But it's been good. I've been trying to see how heavy I can go on the weights without hurting myself. I've found that I have a real problem with sitting still and taking it easy. Sometimes I need to remind myself that while it maybe feels ok right now, I could be irritating something & need to take it slower.

I'm also contemplating signing up for my first half marathon. It would be in February of 2015 so that's plenty of time to learn to run. I've NEVER been a good runner. Ever. We'll see how that goes.
