I did two spin classes today. Back to back! 15 minutes rest in between them! AND I MADE IT THROUGH BOTH OF THEM!
When I first started to get back to the gym I could do MAYBE 30 minutes on the elliptical before I was begging for air & seriously contemplating taking the next day off. I'm so proud that I took a chance & started to take spin. It's SUCH a great workout! I burn 500-600 calories every time I go, today was even more than that (I think partially because the A/C in the room was broken!)
I've decided to make Saturdays my "Challenge Day" Where I'll try something new every weekend to challenge myself & push myself to see how far I can go.
